Cascade Striders

Thank you for visiting the online home of the Cascade Striders Youth Running Club. We’re based in Bellevue, Washington in the Pacific Northwest region. Cascade Striders has been serving our eastside youth for over 30 years and is affiliated with the USA Track & Field Association (USATF). We offer recreational, developmental & competitive spring/summer track & field and fall cross country running programs for boys and girls aged 5 and older. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate as well.

Our next meet will be on Sat 5/10 at Chief Sealth High School.  This is a great opportunity to compete at the same facility that will be used for the Junior Olympic Association meet this year!

Check out the meet schedule and look for meet assignments in your e-mail later today.

Congratulations on a great first meet! There were many personal records established, and many great performances by the athletes today. All of the coaches are extremely proud of your efforts.

This Saturday 5/3 will be our first meet of the season at Rainier Beach High School.

Meet Assignments were sent out via e-mail this morning.  If you are not receiving e-mail announcements please contact registrar@cascadestriders.com to confirm that your athlete is registered and that we have your correct e-mail on file.

Uniforms will be available for sale at practice Monday 4/28 and 2nd half of
practice Wednesday 4/30. If you need to pick up uniforms at the Rainier Beach Track Meet contact uniforms@cascadestriders.com.
